Answers to Your Queries About Our Products

You may view your order details on the order confirmation sent to the email address you provided. If your order is placed via a registered e-Store account, you may also access your order information on the account summary or orders page by logging in to your account and selecting the particular order number.

 

Once you have confirmed and placed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address provided. The information included in the mail depends on whether you have opted for an in-store pickup or delivery.

For any failed delivery, we will contact the receiver to see if we can make other arrangements, eg. leave with guard or neighbour. If all else fails, we will make arrangements to do a second delivery attempt at additional $10.00 (excluding GST), or arrange for self collection at our warehouse.

In the unlikely event of receiving a wrong item, please do not accept the item(s) and contact us at our office number 6694 1878 immediately.

We strongly advise all our customers to duly check and inspect the products ordered for any damage(s),wrong product(s) and/or other defects from your original order placed at the point-of-delivery. Should there be any defects as stated above, please notify our logistics operators immediately without accepting the products and we will act accordingly.

We do not allow any exchange or return for all our products after the acceptance of a delivery.

We do not provide order reservation.

  • Check your email for an order confirmation. Upon receiving a confirmation, it affirms that payment has been done.
  • If you have received a double payment confirmation, please contact us via phone/email immediately. Provide us with your order number and we will look to cancel one of the orders.

Order submission’s cut-off time for next day delivery is 2pm. Orders submitted after 2pm will be delivered 2 working days later. All deliveries are subject to availability, in the event that a delivery cannot be fulfilled on the chosen date, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.

Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, we will not accept any cancellations of orders.

However, if you have received a double payment confirmation due to a technical error, do contact us via phone/email immediately. With your order number, we will be able to assist you in cancelling one of the double payments.

Free delivery is eligible for orders of $80.00 and above.

A delivery fee of $8.50 will be charged for orders below $80.00.
